Are your sneakers original❓
Our sneakers are UA (Unauthorized Authentic): made in the same factories with the same materials as the originals, but sold through non-official channels. Same quality, better price.
What does UA mean❓
UA stands for Unauthorized Authentic. These are sneakers produced to the same standards as retail pairs but not distributed through the brand’s official retail channels.
Do the sneakers come with the original box❓
Yes, every pair is shipped with its original box, carefully packed and protected during delivery.
Can the sneakers have defects❓
No. Each pair is manually inspected by our team before shipping. We also send you real photos and videos via WhatsApp so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Can I return my order❓
Unfortunately, returns are currently not available.
As an independent store, we don’t yet have the logistics to process returns efficiently. That’s why we ensure strict quality checks and provide photo/video proof before shipping.
How long does delivery take❓
Shipping takes 7–10 business days, and includes a tracking number. You’ll receive updates via email and WhatsApp.
Can I track my order❓
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
