By using www.wizardkickz.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Overview
WizardKickz operates as an independent online sneaker retailer. By purchasing from us, you accept these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
2. Products
All items listed are UA (Unauthorized Authentic), made in the same factories and with the same materials as official products. They are not distributed via official brand channels.
3. Orders and Payment
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after 12 hours. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store any credit card information.
4. Prices
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping
Delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please note that returns are not accepted. Every order is inspected and verified before shipment, and you will receive photos/videos via WhatsApp prior to delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
WizardKickz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Products are sold “as described” and cannot be exchanged unless due to sizing or proven defect.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the business is registered.
